    • Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to processing fees or partial refunds, depending on the stage of processing.

  2. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will be issued for eligible returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

    • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as order confirmation or receipt, when requesting a refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a Biking Brotherhood Company error or product defect.

  3. Return Process:

    • Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

    • Upon approval, customers will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).

    • Items must be securely packaged and returned to the address provided by our customer service team.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Biking Brotherhood Company error or product defect.

    • Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.

    • Clearance or sale items may have different return and refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
