2. Refund Policy:

   • There will be No Refund Option, But Customer eligible for Product exchange.

3. Exchange Process:

   • Customers must contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process.

   • Upon approval, customers will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item(s).

   • Items must be securely packaged and returned to the address provided by our customer service team.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Biking Brotherhood Company error or product defect.

   • Once the returned items are received and inspected, exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.

   • Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
